Volunteers Needed for Neighborhood Development Standards Committee

The Seattle Department of Neighborhoods is seeking community members for an advisory committee at John Muir Elementary School.

The Advisory Committee is made up of neighborhood volunteers who will gather public input and make recommendations to the City of Seattle regarding the following modifications: 1) Increased lot coverage; 2) Reduced setbacks; 3) Reduced short- term bicycle parking.

The committee will convene 1-3 public meetings during a 90-day period. Meetings will be held in the evening at or near the school and are open to the public.
